At Homes4Hope, we accept Maryland Medicaid and several major insurance plans to remove financial barriers to mental health and substance abuse treatment in our community. We aim to make care accessible and affordable for all who need it. We work with most of the largest providers in Salisbury and other areas in MD and surrounding states. These include the following:

How We Accommodate Your Needs
Being in-network means we’ve negotiated discounted rates for our services. When you come to us for counseling, medication management, or other treatment, we will bill your insurance company directly so you pay any applicable copays or coinsurance. All of our services qualify for insurance.
We also verify all mental health and substance abuse benefits ahead of your first appointment and provide cost estimates so you know what to expect out-of-pocket. Our team handles all claims, authorizations, and paperwork for your care team, so you can focus fully on your recovery.
For those with out-of-network plans, we are still happy to provide care and offer reasonable self-pay rates. We can explain your plan’s out-of-network coverage details so you understand reimbursement.
We offer income-based sliding scale fees for uninsured clients to keep care affordable. Additionally, we work closely with all our clients to arrange flexible payment plans for any out-of-pocket costs associated with treatment.
