Homes4Hope LLC was created in 2017 when they first house opened, The Douglas K Hamilton House for Recovery. The home was created to provide a beautiful, clean and safe residence where every person who enters it's doors was proud to call home. Since that time Homes4Hope has grown. Homes4Hope provides two ASAM 3.1 Residential Treatment Facilities, two recovery houses and an Outpatient Facility.
The Homes4Hope organization was developed in 2017 with their first recovery house in Salisbury MD. Within 5 years the organization grew to include: two ASAM 3.1 Low Intensity Residential Treatment programs, two level II recovery houses and an outpatient facility providing mental health, substance use counseling, and medication management (coming soon). Throughout the growth of the organization, Homes4Hope is steadfast in its commitment to provide the best care possible for their clients in a calming homelike environment.

We provide in person and virtual services to adults in need of treatment to Maryland residents.
Our outpatient facility is conveniently located at 229 W Main St Salisbury, MD 21801. Our ASAM 3.1 houses and recovery houses are located in downtown Salisbury within walking distance to, shopping, medical facilities and transportation.
