Our History
During the first five years, the organization grew to include four ASAM 3.1 Low-Intensity Residential Treatment programs, recovery housing, and an outpatient facility providing mental health and substance use disorder counseling, and medication management.

Mental Health Counseling
Our licensed therapists provide counseling for depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, grief, and more, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. Common modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
Substance Use Treatment
Certified addiction counselors develop customized treatment plans, drawing from modalities like motivational interviewing and 12-step principles to help clients end dependence on alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and other drugs. We offer outpatient and intensive outpatient programs, and coordinate with detox programs to address acute withdrawal symptoms prior to admission.
Medication Management
Our onsite psychiatric nurse practitioners conduct mental health evaluations, prescribe antidepressants, mood stabilizers, and other medications when appropriate, and closely monitor progress. We also offer injectable antipsychotic medications.
MAT Counseling
Clients with opioid use disorder can access medication-assisted treatment (MAT), combining FDA-approved medication like buprenorphine, methadone, or naltrexone with counseling for lasting recovery.
Peer Support
Our certified peer recovery specialists leverage their lived experience managing mental illness or substance use to offer clients encouragement, guidance, and connections to community resources as they navigate treatment. Peers work throughout all of our programs to support our clients.
Recovery Housing
Clients transitioning to independent living after intensive treatment find safe, structured, sober housing options with dedicated peer support staff.
Family Programs
Support groups, workshops, and educational resources assist family members impacted by a loved one’s struggles.
